For approximately 30 years I have been designing homes for clients, or for sale in periodical publications. The following pictures are of a few of the designs I have worked on, from traditional & colonial to contemporary. I have had the honor to serve the needs of individuals, the Habitat For Humanity organization and other non-profits, and the City of Greenville, South Carolina.

The home pictured here is currently under construction in the Blue Ridge Mountains area of South Carolina. It is a custom design in the genre of Louisiana Acadiana, and involved considerable searches through architectural salvage and antique stores to gain the unique defining exterior and interior design elements.

If you would like to have me work with you on the creation of a design that meets your needs, feel free to contact me. I am an "architectural designer;" not a registered architect. While I can provide for you a complete set of working drawings, the ability of the design to meet with the requirements/codes of your community is your responsibility, with the help of your contractor. My fee varies, but is generally based on $0.50/square foot per complete set, with minimum fees applying for additions and small projects.

The following are some of the home plans I created for "Country Living" magazine. These were published by the magazine in the 1980's/1990's.
